Hull
All boats are made of 1,100 Dtex high strength PVC fabric. Hull features: inflatable keel, heavy-duty marine-grade plywood transom, cast-aluminum engine bracket and one-way drain valve with plug.

The buoyancy tube of your SATURN is made up of several independent airtight compartments. If one compartment unexpectedly deflates, the others remain inflated, making a SATURN practically impossible to sink thereby allowing you to return slowly to safety.

SATURN inflatable boats and rafts are made of 1,100 Dtex 3rd Generation PVC fabric with a polyester support having excellent resistance to tearing, tension and breaking. An outer layer protects the boat against UV rays, ozone and abrasion. Inner layer provides perfect strength and adhesion.
SATURN inflatable boats are hand-sealed at the seams for perfect bond, the most expensive and reliable method used today. Each seam is strengthened with four layers of bonded fabric for maximum durability and resistance to tears and wears.
All SATURN boats except SD385 and SD430 come with High Pressure Air Deck Floors. The advantages of an air floor are its lightweight and ease of use. You can roll up or unroll your boat in a pinch without having to remove or install the floor. Fitting a panel floor can be a hassle with some designs, particularly if you’re working on the water or on the deck of a sailboat.
