Holiday let company launches new property directory
Specialist mortgage broker Holiday Let Mortgages has launched a new property directory which will list UK properties available for holiday letting. The property directory which is categorised by County, will enable clients of Holiday Let Mortgages to list their properties, for free, with a description, photo and weblink.
The company’s website www.holidayletmortgages.co.uk already contains information on holiday let finance, holiday let property tax, insurance and how to become Star Rated under the VisitBritain Quality Assessment scheme.
Sean Horton, Director of Holiday Let Mortgages says “There are many things to consider when owning a holiday let property, it is after all a small business. We created the holiday let property directory to give our clients an additional platform to showcase their holiday let properties. All of the properties have either their own website or are included within an agents site already. We hope to be able to drive more visitors through to these sites thus improving the properties occupancy rate and our client’s rental income.”
