Audrey Dodd has a lifetime’s experience of Jamaican cooking, also owning and running her own West Indian retail business. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield, UK with a BSc (HONS) in Chemistry. This is her first venture into this field and she intends to publish a second cookbook and comprehensive illustrated exotic food guide with Lulu.
