Father welcomes Son to Family Business as UK Leather Bed Manufacturer Jumps Head First into the 21st

Pressbox (Press Release) - Malcolm Russell of Fife Leather Bed Company welcomes his son Jamie to the 2 generation old family business as they launch their first website LeatherDoubleBed.org.uk. Initially this website will be used to feature their exclusive leather bed frames which have been perfected with over 2 decade’s experience of manufacturing high quality beds.

Jamie Russell is fresh out of university after graduating, here is what he had to say on the matter “My Dad has worked here all his life employing pretty much the same workforce and it is a very friendly environment, there aren’t much jobs around just now and with the web being so big now it made sense to put my knowledge to good use”.

Malcolm was glad to welcome his son on board but he didn’t think he would be around for long “I don’t know very much about computers but I am slowly learning, Jamie put the website together and it looks great, we are getting some very good feedback from customers. This will allow me to put my company in front of more people and get orders from outside of Fife, which is still being hit quite badly by this crisis. I think once the job market has picked up and he shows me what to do he will be on his way to something more exciting”

The father son duo launched the website to the general public last month and already it accounts for a large percentage of their enquiries and sales.
