Launched in November by Brooks & Bentley, a leading UK direct-to-consumer retailer of giftware, jewellery, home dיcor and collectables, the website contains items created exclusively for Brooks & Bentley customers, including collectors items celebrating the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. In addition to this, Harley Davidson trademarked products are available on BrooksandBentley.com.
Most Brooks & Bentley products are created exclusively for their customers and sold direct through catalogues, select mailings, magazine and television advertising and now via the Internet.
“In response to consumer demand, our new site fits in perfectly with our strategy of providing the easiest and most convenient way to shop,” said Managing Director Keith Yea. “This is especially important at holiday time, when many shoppers want to avoid the crowds often found at traditional brick-and-mortar stores. Our site also gives consumers an opportunity to more easily explore the high-quality products for which Brooks & Bentley is reknowned.”
The site is divided into seven major product categories: jewellery, watches, occasions, Queen’s Jubilee, home dיcor, collectables and a man’s shop. A Gift Finder helps customers locate a gift based on product form, price, material or theme. If customers want to find out what’s popular, they need look no further than the home page, which lists the three top-selling gifts. With a click of the mouse, customers can see all products under £50. Customers can also conduct a manual search by entering text in a search box on the home page.
Most Brooks & Bentley products are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity attesting to their status as Brooks & Bentley originals.
