Brummy inspirational speaker and budding
personal development author, Jim Parkes is on a mission
to help more people achieve peace and happiness in their

His book, "Seriously, Are You Taking The Peace?" is part
self-help and part humorous fiction. It follows the story
of a man who finds "Peace In A Box" at his local supermarket
and what happens next.
