Bankruptcy and Debt Advice UK - A Second Chance

Pressbox (Press Release) - The UK Insolvency Helpline, the leading debt advice network is a strong supporter of the new government white paper called "Bankruptcy-A Second Chance".

The new proposal will allow innocent and simple bankrupts to be discharged within only one year.

This of course will put huge pressure on the official receivers office which will need extra resources to cope with the extra work load.
