Pressbox (Press Release) -
Today sees a major milestone for better customer service in the UK with the public launch of ComplaintCommunity™, the only customer complaint website designed to serve everyone’s complaint needs!.
ComplaintCommunity™ has been selected to present at the Advantage West Midlands Annual Conference 2008 today at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham.
Neil Gleeson, The Founder of ComplaintCommunity™, explains “ComplaintCommunity™ has all the complaint bases covered - the website is unique in
• allowing you to post and manage your complaints online,
• allowing you to join with a GroupComplaint™ - our unique tool. No other website offers the facility for a large group of people to manage their common complaint in a uniform manner to get the outcome you want (it's a bit like a "class action" without all the legal bits!)
• connecting you to the complainee organisation directly, other complainers and dedicated Expert Advisers
• …and if all else fails, they can even help you find a Better Offer!.
• And it’s completely Free To Use!.”
Brits aren’t the Whingers people think!
Although there are an estimated 500 million plus complaints in the UK each year, research by ComplaintCommunity™ shows that only 6% of British people complain – the bad news is that over 96% of people are still dissatisfied with their complainee a month after they have complained!. Indeed recent research by BSI, the British Standards Institute, has found that
• 55% of customers are left unsatisfied by the handling of their complaint
• 72% moved to a competitor after receiving poor customer service
• 64% of those surveyed believe that customer service in the UK is getting worse

ComplaintCommunity™ isn’t just for customers to use for their complaints – it’s also got a whole suite of custom-built easy to use online tools to support all business’s to successfully manage their customers’ complaints and improve their customer service!.
ComplaintCommunity™ is launching in the UK first, but there are plans to launch into Europe and the United States if the website is a success.
