myOnlineListing Continues Service Expansion
Added: (Mon Mar 27 2006)
-The real estate listing and website design company continues expansion through service features.
Beginning in May, property owners deciding to list with myOnlineListing will have the option of adding a more personal touch to their property websites. Currently, myOnlineListing provides property sellers with supplemental website services that let them showcase their properties online. Through semi-custom templates, sellers can showcase their properties at their unique website addresses and provide potential buyers with extensive information on their properties. Most of the company's subscribers use this web space to schedule open houses and provide other detailed property-related information which they are restricted from doing on traditional FSBO and real estate listing websites.
Now, with the new feature, customers can add vocal property descriptions to their websites. Scott Bush, a spokesperson and website designer for myOnlineListing, says of the new feature, "purchasing real estate can be very intimidating. It's expected that sellers will use the new voice feature as a way to make the experience more personable for potential buyers. This one feature can give a seller an edge over other property listers."
The structure of the voice feature has not been finalized, but the company states that customers will have the option of using their own voice, an automated voice, or hired voice talent. The price for the feature will be nominal as myOnlineListing tries to stay within the image portrayed through its website. There, the company touts differentiating itself from other property listing and website hosting/design service providers through the structure of its service plans.

myOnlineListing began as a solution for real estate sellers with short-term web hosting needs. Private sellers and real estate professionals can purchase short-term website hosting and design services for their properties without the long-term commitment or high costs associated with traditional web hosting and design companies, or the restrictions of listing services.
