Waycam Technologies Launches Powerful New PC Recovery Tools

Recovery Series delivers powerful data recovery and rollback solutions for home, business and public- use PCs
Waycam Technologies, a specialist in data and PC recovery, has introduced the Goldensoft Recovery Series range of data recovery and rollback solutions for home, business and public-use PCs to the UK.
Goldensoft’s Recovery Series includes Recovery Genius and Time Tracer, system and data recovery solutions for the home user and individual PCs, as well as Net Recovery Genius, Net Time Tracer and Net Time Tracer Professional, which offer powerful system and data recovery for the SME and multiple PC market including schools, libraries, Internet cafes and hotel services.

Recovery Genius is claimed to be one of the most powerful system and data recovery tools on the market, protecting PCs and data from viruses, hackers, and preventing data loss due to accidental file deletion or system crashes. Recovery Genius works automatically and supports a range of Windows operating systems, from Windows 95 through to Windows XP and 2003. Unlike other recovery applications, Recovery Genius only requires 1/2048 of a partitioned hard drive to protect a 20GB disk. Rival products eat as much as 10 – 20% of available drive space.
Net Recovery Genius is a networked version of the product, providing a remote maintenance function allowing IT managers to monitor a computer network from a single workstation. Net Recovery Genius is an effective maintenance solution for PC networks in small to medium sized businesses, and multiple PC locations such as education and training centres, saving IT support staff time and effort.
“Around 30% of PCs in the UK are multiple-user or public access computers, so there is a high demand for cost-effective support and maintenance,” explained Waygood. “Recovery Genius has an excellent mix of features while being easy to deploy and use, helping to save on both system support time and effort.”
Time Tracer is a hardware- and software-based solution for protecting a PC hard disk. Time Tracer requires only 0.05% of hard disk space for installation, which is significantly better than the 10 - 20% required by other recovery hardware/software tools. Time Tracer supports various operating systems including MS-DOS, Windows3x / 9x / ME Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Net Time Tracer is an instant recovery PCI Card for networks. Net Time Tracer is designed to use the local area network to protect computer operating systems and can still function effectively even if the operation system is destroyed.
