Second PC Pro Award reflects Zen Internet’s Values

9th December 2005 – The Park Lane Hotel in London was the venue for the 2005 PC Pro Awards where Zen Internet won the PC Pro Best ISP Broadband award for the second year running. In a highly competitive field Zen beat off all its competitors to retain the award which is achieved by customers voting for the business which they believe meets their requirements in providing their service.
Zen Internet is celebrating it’s 10th birthday this year and winning this award is testament to the principles which have been the foundation of the business since its formation in 1995. Zen prides itself on the level of support their customers enjoy and to have their customers vindicate this approach by voting for Zen is proof that this uncompromising approach is appreciated and required.
Zen’s service is based on providing quality, reliability and service and if things do go wrong ensuring that they have the best people in place to resolve the customer’s issue to their satisfaction in the shortest possible time. This aspect of their service was highlighted during the awards as being one of the key reasons influencing customers to vote for them.
