On the basis of surveys that it conducted at the recent Systems exhibition in Munich, it is re-launching itself with more employer-friendly tools in direct response to the frustrations expressed by employers and recruiters about the functionality of online recruitment sites.
Director of Sales, John Boyd informed that “the entire site has been re-thought and reprogrammed, and will be up and running by 20 November. We are adding various new features that make the search for specialists not only easier for recruiters, but also more specific, meaning they don’t get applications that they don’t want. The layout of the site will also be clearer and simpler.”
