Inbound Email Management Advanced Solution Released

NetInfinium Corporation Sdn Bhd., a leading technology company specializing in email and Information Technology related products and services today announced the release of their ESTE Email Inbound Manager or EIM solution for large scale inbound email management.
The solution is designed to help organizations and corporations to process high volume incoming email by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Process Automation components into the email response process.
The EIM automates many routine and tedious processes in managing incoming emails. Incoming e-mails are pre-scanned, categorized and routed to the designated operators for further action. EIM also routes and monitors incoming and outgoing e-mails. Template answers can be created for fast “click and drag” email answering.
Tests have shown that the EIM would be able to cut incoming email respond time, by up to 50%. With this in mind, the cost saving that comes after the implementation of EIM is tremendous. Also, Customer Service Agents would be able to spend more time dealing and establishing relationship with the clients, rather than carrying out tedious and repetitive work which is now being handled by the EIM system.
