ISHIR is Named 13th Largest Web Design Company in Dallas/Fort Worth

DALLAS, TX. (August 22, 2008)-ISHIR, Inc., an offshore software development service provider of technology consulting services, is the 13th Largest Web Design Company in the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex according to the annual Dallas Business Journal ranking, based on 2007 total revenue.
