Computer Troubleshooters, a global franchise specialising in computer service and repair for small business and residential users, has launched a new franchise in the North Dorset.
Based in Ferndown, Dorset. Darren Hilton launched his Computer Troubleshooters UK franchise in August. Having been a chef for the past 20 years he devoted his spare time to his passion for computers. Five years ago Darren decided to take things seriously and has been studying with Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA to gain the qualifications he needed to enter the computer industry in a full time basis. This he has achieved by starting his own business, his company provides a full range of computer services, including repair, networking and upgrading, at the customer’s location. Computer Troubleshooters primarily serves small-business owners — those with between one and 50 employees — and residential customers.
“I am thrilled to be launching a Computer Troubleshooters franchise. I genuinely care about and have a thorough understanding of the challenges homeowners and small-business owners face with their computers and will stick with any problem until it’s solved,” said Darren.
With a quick phone call, Computer Troubleshooters will show up at your business or home and quickly tend to your IT needs, allaying your nerves when your computer is acting up and you’re on deadline and potentially losing business by the minute.
"We know from our experience and our research that customers are often frustrated with their computers and other technology,” said Donald Marshall, national director of Computer Troubleshooters. “ Darren is extremely knowledgeable and excels at pinpointing an issue and resolving it quickly”

more reliable and easy to use, or adding whole new features, like voice-over-IP phone systems or telecommuting systems for employees at home or on the road.
