European distribution deal for Irish software vendor
ZENARK and Paragon announce distribution agreement
[Dublin, Ireland - 26th November, 2001] ZENARK, the provider of Digital Asset Management solutions for mainstream organisations and Paragon, the pan-European market leader in providing business communication and document management solutions, today announced a strategic distribution agreement. As part of this agreement Paragon will implement client-wide Digital Asset Management solutions based on ZENARK technology.

"This partnership will provide Paragon clients with Digital Asset Management solutions specifically customised to their business requirements."
ZENARK and Paragon will offer a co-branded Digital Asset Management solution to the Paragon client base. This solution will be based on ZDAM, the flagship product from ZENARK for Digital Asset Management. ZDAM is competitively priced, allowing organisations to build highly customised Enterprise Digital Asset Management solutions at a fraction of the cost of other solutions.
