LONDON, November 12, 2001 -- A new service set to slash database support costs and make unscheduled downtime a thing of the past was officially launched today by DGH Consulting Limited.
Following a successful six month pilot during which a select number of business-critical databases were supported, DGH Consulting is now offering its low cost support packages to businesses worldwide.

The monthly price includes daily database and environment health checks, proactive maintenance and housekeeping, automated daily database backups and unlimited access to DGH Consulting’s helpdesk between 8am and 6pm on weekdays. A comprehensive database health check report, produced at the start of the support contract period, is also included in the price.
