ComArch delivers IT management solution to O2

Pressbox (Press Release) - ComArch has been chosen by O2, a leading mobile operator in Germany to provide its flagship system for managing corporate and telecommunications networks ComArch InsightNet. ComArch system will be responsible for supervision functions in the areas of fault, configuration and performance management. The contract’s value is 2,5 mln euro and it has been signed by German subsidiary ComArch Software AG.

The implementation will include thee modules of ComArch InsightNet platform. InsightNet Fault Management, InsightNet Configuration Management and InsightNet Performance Management. The main purpose of the system will be the supervision of the network elements provided to O2 by Ericsson, Marconi and Alcatel. The system will be deployed in the Network Surveillance Center. All Regional Back Offices will have access to the system through the graphical consoles.

ComArch InsightNet system has already been deployed by Terra Telecommunications (USA), Enitel (Nicaragua) and by the Polish largest mobile carrier Era GSM.
