earthquake of volcanic shallow or superficial counted 548 times and
earthquake of volcanic tremor counted 70 times. From other side that
also happened 3 times earthquake of volcanic in and 2 times far
tectonic earthquake.

Temperature of cauldron in deepness 15 meter also experience of
increase become 39,7 degree of Celcius meaning to go up 0,1 degree
of Celcius from previously 39,6 degree of Celcius. Whereas
temperature of cauldron in deepness 10 meter become 38,4 degree of
Celcius and on the surface of become 38,5 degree of Celcius. The
increasing of cauldron temperature meant the existence of activity
of magma under cauldron.

Based on the experience at year eruption 1990, beauty of Kelud this
do not only seeing at just normal active condition, but after
happened eruption leaving over smooth sand and ash of white
chromatic, enough draw attention society to again to pay a visit to
mount of Kelud. After eruption, mountain side of Kelud saw as white
brass view. Around mount of Kelud visible like sand ocean, many
visitor which exactly play at material of is ex-eruption which in
form of smooth sand.

chromatic cauldron water and felt warmness. Many visitors are
interest to go to the crater of Kelud. No wonder if Kediri Regency
Government at range of time 7 the last year, providing facility in
the form of stairway go to cauldron which is very give amenity to
all visitor. Kediri Regency Government also develops to build
watching station or shelter that is able to be used to see panorama
around mount of Kelud. Access the street for going to mount of Kelud
is also widened and lay by high quality asphalt, so that vehicle of
visitor will easy to reach top which is also provided by area park
very wide. In mount of Kelud is also provided by food booths, kiosks
or stand selling pre-eminent product result of from industrial home
of Kediri Regent, available also agro business area providing fruits
like pineapple, durian, dragon fruit, etc. In brief, mount of Kelud
have facility and panorama which enough make all visitor forbear
staying for recreation.

Mount of Kelud has unique character, differing from other volcano
character in other places. It is said that character of Kelud only
had some volcano in world. At year eruption 1990, temperature of
cauldron reside in position 40 ºC and marked by earthquake of tremor
volcanic which a number of around 300-400 times. But at a period of
this critical, temperature cauldron about 46.8 ºC and amount of
tremor volcanic earthquake is uncountable because they was happened
very often for 2 day lately.

Meanwhile, to anticipate the raising of Kelud activity in atese
critical period, Tackling Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency effort
evacuate to people in radius 10 kilometer of top of the mountain of
Kelud. Based on data today up to at 09.30 PM, amount of people that
had evacuated 3.715 person or 1.373 family head. District of
Plosoklaten 277 person or 65 family head, Wates District is 1.563
persons or 451 familiy head, Puncu District is 99 persons or 67
family head, and Kepung District 1.752 person or 790 family head.

According to condition of mount of Kelud critical in such a way
this, Tackling Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency remain to alert
entire existing potency if at any times mount of Kelud will erupt.
"We always keep ready, 24 hour non stop, because at any times mount
of Kelud can erupt. The evacuate effort to be done for avoid the
victims", Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Endi Servandy said, Chief of
Kediri Military District as an Incident Commander of Tackling
Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency.

For anticipating from raising of Mount of Kelud status activity
becoming Fourth Level (Caution Level) commencing from 16 October
2007 at 05.25 PM based on notification by Center of Volcanology and
Geology Disaster Mitigation of Bandung that accepted by main post
commando of Tackling Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency which located
at Simpang Lima Gumul area (SLG) via faximili at 05.43 PM, Tackling
Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency have conscripted all its ability
maximally, full of alertness and always perform a coordination with
officer of Monitoring Post of Kelud in Margomulyo Ngancar and also
Government of East Java Province and Center Volcano and of Geology
Disaster Mitigation in Bandung.

Chief of Kediri District Military, Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Endi
Servandy, as an Incident Commander of Tackling Disaster Unit of
Kediri Regency have worked maximally as according to existing
procedure and his responsibility. The main mission based on human
kind and how to save all people from eruption of Kelud eruption
disater.

According to recommendation of Center of Volcanology and Geology
Disaster Mitigation of Bandung, that in caution status hence society
citizen in radius 10 kilometer of top of the mountain of Kelud have
to be evacuated. From condition of Mount of Kelud which have in
this "Caution" status, Tackling Disaster Unit of Kediri Regency in
this time have in position alert to anticipate disaster if at any
times mount of Kelud erupt.

Condition of mount of Kelud last day (Saturday, 3 / 11), data sent
by Post Monitoring in Margomulyo for period at 00.00 - 06.00 PM that
the temperature on the surface of cauldron water is 43,9 ºC,
temperature in 10 meter depth is 44,0 ºC and temperature in 15 meter
is 45,9 ºC. It was happened 165 times earthquake of shallow volcanic
and earthquake of tremor volcanic happen continuously. The Status of
Kelud is remains to "Caution".

For period at 06.00-12.00 AM today the temperature on the
surface of cauldron water is 45,4 ºC, at 10 meter depth the
temperature is 45,1ºC, and the temperature at 15 meter depth is 46,8
ºC. It had happened 197 times earthquake of shallow volcanic, and 7
times earthquake of tremor volcanic. Status is still to "Caution".

At this time, Mount of Kelud start to experience of eruption phase
as early stage go to explosion, while Observer Team of Center
Volcanology and Geology Disaster Mitigation have returned to
perception location in Margomulyo Village, Countryside of
Sugihwaras, District of Ngancar, Kediri Regency which only has
distance about 8 kilometer from the cauldron Kelud Mount.
