MOSAIQUE PLC ANNOUNCEMENT

LONDON, Following the change of its year end to 31 March, Mosaique PLC will announce its year end results by the end of September and anticipates announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2003 by the end of October.

Mosaique PLC will shortly announce the appointment of a financial director.
