Longbranch Inn Salutes Texan Gays, Lesbians, and Transgendered Community!

Pressbox (Press Release) - EAST AUSTIN, TX - On Friday, September 30th, 2005, The Longbranch Inn will host a night celebrating the many gays, lesbians, and transgendered members of Texas. The night will feature musical performances, belly dancing competitions, and other assorted shenanigans. Dress code will be strictly enforced - all patrons will be required to remove their shirts. Longbranch proprieter Jim Stockbauer explains "I'm not gay, it just feels good to celebrate the many contributions of the gay community to my area and what better way than to do it topless." His business partner Kumbala Crutchfield continues with "As the bartender of the LBI, I see a lot of stuff. But if that little prince Josh from Auscillate.com comes in here with his shirt on, he's getting a licking!" Stockbauers adds "That's what I'm screaming!" Although LBI patrons have known that the owners have been offending minorities for years, they do understand that one racial slur leads to another. After all, their motto says it all. Courtesy Is Our Middle Finger. Boyss!

Friday, 9pm.
