Pressbox (Press Release) - Shout FM back from the ashes...
Shout FM (Liverpool John Moore University radio) are now test broadcasting on http://www.shoutfm.com in preperation for the big launch in September when the new students and term begins.
Shout FM was one of the 1st student stations to do an RSL (FM licence for 28 days) and now plenty of other stations followed suit. Since 1998 Shout FM have broadcast into the Haigh students union building, made programmes, done student housing road shows and student union promotional nights.
Last year Shout FM was nominated for a Radio One Best Radio Station Marketing award on the strength of the work put in. This was a significant achievement considering Shout FM did not have a marketing budget and Head of Marketing.
