New Business Helps People Find Cash In Their Attics

The age old dilemma of how to de-clutter your home could be a problem of the past thanks to an innovative business now operating in the local area.
Mother of two, Maria D Gandara began operating the Tunbridge Wells branch of the nationwide professional selling service ‘Cash It In For Me’ in December 2007. Clients simply drop off their goods and ‘Cash It In For Me’ sells the items via the online auction site eBay using specialised selling techniques.
This service is the perfect solution for all those households with an accumulation of unwanted items taking up valuable space in attics, garages cupboards and spare rooms. Mrs Gandara said:
“In many cases household clutter usually consists of items which are of no use to their owners yet much too expensive or high quality to simply throw out”
She added:
“I want to help people understand there is a hassle free way of uncovering the cash potential in their unwanted items”
Mrs Gandara previously worked as a BBC radio producer but like many mothers chose to give up work when her children were born. Eight years later with her two young children in school she decided to take advantage of the business opportunity offered by ‘Cash It In For Me’.
Mrs Gandara commented:
“As I am able to work from home this was an ideal opportunity for me to get back into work whilst still having plenty of time to spend with my family”
Following a recent expansion Mrs Gandara now offers her services to a range of clients, from local businesses selling display and surplus stock, to local residents who want to free up valuable space in their homes. ‘Cash It In For Me’ also provides an alternative way for local organisations to raise much needed funds.
