transforming into a more intimate setting with soft lighting and upbeat music during the
evening.

Director of Operations at the hotel, Rak Kalidas commented 'These are exciting times for
Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club, with Zest replacing the Long Weekend concept, the
Food and Beverage Team are getting very excited to open the doors to our guests and
members alike. A lot of planning and preparation has gone into the concept and the team
are ready to execute service delivery to make Zest the venue of choice, for food and
beverage, at the Hotel and in the local area. In the summer we will further enhance this
by opening our terrace for a more alfresco feel, simply sit back and enjoy and relax!
