Why Real Estate Investors Need to Be on Our Buyers List

Savvy real estate investors realize that being placed on a buyers list is the easiest method of obtaining viable leads and deals being offered that closely match their personal buying criteria. The owner of the buyers list (usually a wholesaler) does all of the legwork (i.e. doing the research and finding the deals). He then sends those deals to his buyers list for purchase.
PSG has two buyers lists. The first list is its Platinum Buyers List. This list is reserved for those investors who are cash buyers and/or can provide proof of funds documentation (e.g. a hard money lender letter). Those on the Platinum Buyers list also receive an 8 to 24 hour advance notification on deals PSG has available.
The second buyers list is the Gold Buyers List. This list is for those investors who are not cash buyers (i.e. they may need to obtain some type of financing in order to make a purchase) and/or have not submitted a proof of funds letter. Gold Buyers are sent notification of available deals 8 to 24 hours after Platinum Buyers are notified.
