Video Meetings from aPC or Mac or Both

Pressbox (Press Release) - Most companies these days get their message across and get their personnel involved in decision making by holding meetings. Meetings are a very good way to ensure that the personnel concerned can ask any questions, air grievances and generally ensure that the company take all it’s people in the direction in which it would like them to go. Added to this many companies now have people scattered all over the place both nationally and internationally. Getting them to meetings can be both time and cost consuming. There are some companies who also consider the safety of their personnel when travelling and we can add to that the factor of using the worlds limited fuel supply in getting them to travel to meetings by car, rail or plane.

The costs are also very competitive and they can be bought by the hour or a customised package. With the customised package the client has complete control with their own server. Used by the hour onlinemeetingrooms will host the meeting for you but you only pay for the time you use the service.
