Communications between brokers and serviced office operators can be significantly improved and streamlined thanks to a new feature developed by CentreCharge creators RJ Metis and pioneered at officebroker.com.

The new Accept/Reject Upgrade provides greater transparency at the crucial first stage of handling enquiries, automating the process by linking with CentreCharge’s lead DADI feature, an enquiry source identifier which has become widely used as an industry standard amongst UK brokers and operators. This allows broker and operator systems to ‘talk to each other’, eliminating the manual administrative burden of identifying enquiries at the operator end and speeding up the time between accepting or rejecting enquiries. This in turn enables brokers to get a fast, automated response that allows them to dedicate more time to each client significantly increasing the prospect of securing broker-arranged viewings.
