South Coast Entrepeneur Andy Scott Joins forces with National Operator Glendola leisure for Watermar

South Coast Millionaire entrepreneur Andy Scott ( 27 ) has completed a deal with National operator Glendola Leisure to brand out his Watermark cafe bar brand. With three sites already open in the South Of England including Port Solent, Palma and Bournemouth, the new JV company Glendola Leisure 2 Ltd has three more sites planned to open this year, and have 15 sites opened within 3 years.

Glendola 2 have an immiediate requirement for cafe bar sites in waterfront areas and affluent town centres. with unit sizes sought between 3500 - 5000 sq ft.

Andy Scott said " Glendola are great operators, with sites including Rainforest cafe in London, and a chain of Waxy O connors bars and my company have strong site finding credentials, so it will hopefully be a strong marriage.
Andy Scott is chairman of the £ 15m turnover development company Ascott Group, and has a number of business interests including Estate Agencies, Male Salons, Yacht Charter and a lighting business that imports from china.
