Pressbox (Press Release) - I have two exclusive properties for sale in South Africa, one that is 15 minutes from the Kruger National Park, and one that is 45 minutes from the Kruger National Park. I am not an agent, but the principal (owner) of these properties.

Property 1. Situated on an exclusive Gary Player designed nine hole golf course, with antelope of various species on-property. It is situated about 15 minutes drive from the Paul Kruger gate to the Kruger National Park. It is also right in the heart of all the tourist attractions in the area. The property overlooks the third fairway of the golf-course.

Other facilities on-site include 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, mini-golf, and a restuarant.

One can optionally receive income from this property which historically approximates ZAR 3200 per month, so it covers the levy. Ownership of the property also gives one RCI membership, which allows one to exchange time at this property for time at any one of over 123 prime resorts throughout South Africa, and over 600 prime resorts world-wide.

The property levy is ZAR (SA rands) R2900 p.m. which includes all garden maintenance and outside maintenance of the house, but excludes re-thatching which needs to occur approximately every 20 years.
