Philadelphia, PA, September 21, 2005 —Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association to Host Business Card Exchange for Businesses in the Tri-State Area
Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association is excited to announce its first Business Card Exchange Event. DVVAA is hosting this event as a relaxed way for businesses in the tri-state area to network with each other, introduce itself as an organization, its services and its VAs to the local business community, and to promote the virtual assistant industry on a local level.
DVVAA will be hosting this event from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery located at 1001 King Of Prussia Plaza at the King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, September 21, 2005.
DVVAA.org is a virtual assisting organization open to NJ, PA and DE Virtual Assistants. Delaware Valley member Virtual Assistants are devoted to helping local business owners by handling many of the non-revenue generating aspects of running their business so they can focus on growing their business. Using the Internet, email, and other mainstay communications tools, businesses are now able to pass along time consuming chores without having to hire employees or temporary help. Now businesses in PA, NJ and DE have a place to go to find a local VA who offers specific services that will fulfill their business needs.
Kathy Zengolewicz, one of the founders of DVVAA explains that Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association aids small and large business owners by providing them with a directory of VAs who handle such tasks as General Administrative Services, Calendaring, PowerPoint Presentations, Document Creation, Database Creation/Maintenance, Legal/General Transcription, Word Processing, Search Engine Submission/Optimization, Web Design/Maintenance, Hosting & Domains, Organization/Association Management and Intranet Solutions, Basic Desktop Publishing and much, much more. “We have some of the best VAs on the East Coast as members,” says Kathy Zengolewicz. Virtual Assistants are making a name for themselves as highly ethical business entrepreneurs. DVVAA also has a Request for Proposal (RFP) system where business owners can submit an inquiry about a one-time project or ongoing administrative needs and qualified virtual assistants will respond to the inquiry with a proposal.
Be sure to bring plenty of business cards, a friend, your questions and a smile! Please contact Kim Mann at KMann@BehindTheScenesVA.com with any questions regarding this event.
