OglieOglie.com released a free tool to enable Amazon Pro Merchants to comply with the new "Charge When Ship" Amazon initiative with ease. Some clients are calling the tool "God sent".

One of the problems of Charge When Ship (CWS) is that in order to receive payment, the merchant needs to confirm every shipped order, and Amazon's web interface only allows confirmation to be done one by one. The seller would need to go to Amazon's website, view orders, click on the first one, type in the shipping date, click confirm, go back, click on the second order, type in the shipping date, click confirm, go back, click on the third one... And each page takes time to load.

With CWSMadeEasy, all it takes is one click.

Here's how it works:

1. Seller starts CWSMadeEasy
2. (Optional: the seller can set a cutoff time to confirm only orders received by a certain date/time. The seller can also set the default carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and shipping method
3. Seller clicks "Confirm all outstanding orders"
4. And it's done! All of the confirmations are done with one click.

Endicia DAzzle users are also in luck, since CWS Made Easy can automatically get tracking numbers and shipping information out of Endicia and plug them into CWS confirmations.
