New Eco-Friendly Spill Kit launched by New Pig Ltd

Pressbox (Press Release) - A new eco friendly product designed for use in cleaning up industrial spillages was launched today by UK company New Pig Ltd. The product, branded as PIGŪ Eco-Friendly Compact Spill Kit contains extremely absorbent materials that have highly recycled content. In addition to the core construction of the product, the packaging is produced in hi-visibility colours including a re-usable bag.

New Pig's Melanie Smith commented "The bag is constructed from jute plant bark which makes it naturally strong and durable. It also has a waterproof inner coating meaning that the kit can be kept clean and dry and ready for use."

The kit is filled with 70% of the company's recycled absorbent mats and socks which further reduces the environmental impact. The company have also addressed eco-friendly disposal issues.
