Before introduce our cases you need to read 3 point regarding the quality control.
1:Moulds/Molds: While produce the DVD/CD Cases We have 2 different quality of the molds can use. One is cold runner moulds another is hot runner molds. also the moulds can divide into 1 cavity/2 cavities/4 cavities and 8 cavities. The Cold runner mold can make only normal quality cases we call that hand packaging cases which cannot run through the automatic assembly machine like: Gima,Kyoto,ilsemann ETC. But hot runner molds can meet the standard of producing high quality of the dvd/cd cases. This is the basic requirement.
2:Material:We are using recycle poly material to produce the black dvd cases and poly cd cases.So the black color dvd box and poly cd case in black with competitive price in the world market. But the recycle material also have different price in the market. the cheapest one have the hardest smell and also will hurt the molds. The expensive recycle material will be better-less smell and less hurting the dvd injection molds.
3:Welding:As we know for the poly cases like:standard dvd case slim dvd case,multiple dvd cases and poly cd cases they all have a outer sleeve/film to hold a color paper(paper insertion). Welding Means make the outer sleeve to the outside of the box. The welding quality is also very important. We have our own Kiners Branded Welding Machine to weld the cases outer sleeve. Very stable Quality.
We offer 2 quality Cases One is Machine Grade DVD/CD Cases another is Manual Grade DVD/CD Cases: Machine Grade Cases Means the cases can run though the automatic packaging machine like: Gima, Ilsemann and Kyoto.Manual Quality Cases is also called non-machinable Cases.
Standard DVD Cases-is one of the most common size of the dvd packaging cases.all size like: 190*135*14mm named standard dvd cases or normal dvd cases. in this section of standard dvd case we offer customer a full selection including single dvd case,double/dual dvd cases,triple dvd cases,quad dvd cases and a standard size dvd cases can fit 6 discs with book clips in different colors.
Slim DVD Cases-for the normal dvd cases is 14mm thickness if the dvd cases with a less thickness like 9mm,7mm or 5mm dvd cases in the market. we call these dvd cases as slim dvd cases or slimline dvd cases.
Multiple DVD Cases-for the Multiple dvd cases is against single dvd cases. In this section of multiple dvd cases you can see single dvd cases,dual dvd cases,triple dvd cases,quadruple dvd cases,quintuple dvd cases,sextuple dvd cases,octuple dvd cases,septuple dvd cases,nonuple dvd cases,decuple dvd cases and 12 discs dvd cases. For the multiple dvd cases is also called as multi way dvd cases so there is also 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12 way discs dvd cases in different thickness from 14mm to 37mm.
Standard CD Jewel Cases-The Standard CD Jewel Cases Means all the cases size like:142*124*10.4mm. this type of cd jewel cases made in PS/Polystyrene in crystal clear and easy to broken. Normally with a clear cover and the tray can be different color also different capacity: single cd jewel case/double cd jewel case,triple cd jewel case, quad cd jewel cases. We offer both assembling cd jewel cases and unassembling cd jewel cases. For unassembling cd jewel cases can meet the machinable quality.
Slimline CD Jewel Case-For the Slimline CD Jewel Cases we offer only 5.2mm thickness and both in single and double capacities. Most Common Color for the slime cd jewel cases are black base and clear base. we have 2 quality for the slim cd jewel cases. one is manual quality and another is machine quality.
Multiple CD Jewel Cases-For the Mulitple CD Jewel Case we offer 2 different thickness: one is 10.4mm thickness and another is 23mm thickness. for the 10.4mm cd jewel cases we offer single double triple and quadruple. for the 23mm thickness cd jewel case we offer 3 way,4 way,5 way and 6 way cd jewel cases.
Poly/PP CD Cases-For the poly/pp cd cases is just same like poly/pp dvd cases only the size smaller. So some customer call it half dvd cases.For the poly cd cases we offer 3 different thickness:10mm poly cd cases,7mm poly cd cases and 5mm poly cd cases. and the capacity can be singe and double. for 10mm poly cd cases we also offer 4 discs/way quad poly cd cases.
CD Clamshell-CD Clamshell is one if the most common CD packaging solution. in this section we offer 2 design of cd clamshells one is shell case one is round case. both single and double capacity.
VHS Box- An old VHS PP Packaging Solution. We offer only 1 size and pp material.
DVD/CD Digitray-CD/DVD Digital Tray is one of the most common media packaging solution. For the Digi tray we offer different colors but most common color is clear also have white and black color. for the dvd flexi tray we offer 2 quality both machine packable quality and hand packable quality.
