Important new services for member clubs from Lware Limited

Added: (Fri Feb 08 2008)

Software company Lware Limited has just announced a new, and free service for anyone involved in Social Club life. The company is providing an interactive forum where all aspects of running, or being a member of a club can be discussed.

Lware director Richard Leyshon commented “When I searched the web for a forum dedicated to clubs, I was astonished that nothing like this seems to exist. Today more than ever, with clubs facing real challenges from issues such as the smoking ban and a generally decreasing membership it seems more important than ever that there is a facility to allow people to exchange ideas and pass on their experiences to others.”

The service is not restricted to Lware customers and the company hopes that it will encourage clubs to exchange information, suggest ideas, share successes or warn others of potential dangers.

In addition, Lware has announced dramatic changes to the way in which their award winning software, ClubSec, will be marketed.

As from 5th February 2008, a number of important changes come into effect:

The ‘Lite’ version of ClubSec will remain at just £125 but will now cater for up to 500 member records – twice the previous figure
The ‘full’ version of ClubSec is dramatically reduced in price to just £250
Any club who purchase the full version will be rewarded with £100 cash back, should they recommend the product to another club who subsequently make a purchase. This is not a one off payment, a club may benefit up to three times and thereby get up to £300 returned for their initial purchase of £250!

Leyshon added: “As ever, we want to hear from users about what they want in a Club Management software package. We have recently released version 2 of ClubSec which was heavily influenced by comments we received from the user community. As before, there is a free trial download via the website and we welcome comments from anyone – especially those who do not adopt the software, as it is perhaps from them that the greatest lessons can be learned.”

Full details of the special offer and the club forums may be reached via the ClubSec website:
