Girbau Launches Batch Washer System for UK Laundries

Girbau UK Limited, the UK division of Girbau Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, today announced the launch of its market-leading TBS Batch Washer System, including TBS-50 Batch Washer, presses and dryers, for the UK market.
A modular and highly-customisable system, the TBS-50 Batch Washer is designed to meet virtually all the demands of modern high-productivity laundries including new fabrics, new processes and the highest standards of hygiene. Able to wash up to 1.500 kilograms of laundry per hour, it adapts to changing laundry loads thanks to its advanced computer-assisted technology. The tunnel washing system matches with high-capacity Girbau ST100 dryers for an integrated computer-controlled laundry system.
“The new TBS-50 Batch Washer is an industrial system designed to provide years of reliable and high-productivity service for the modern commercial laundry,” said Peter Marsh, Managing Director of Girbau UK. “Advanced computer controls mean that the complex system is also very simple to control and use.”
The TBS-50 Batch Washer’s control system continuously displays all the key parameters of each part of the cleaning process. Everything from the water temperature, dosing, water flows to the weight of the load is constantly monitored. Up to 99 general installation programmes can be configured, so the system does not have to be laboriously reprogrammed for every load. For optimal management, the system also provides detailed control reports on all aspects of its operation.
