Perdue Joins Local Real Estate Team As Senior Vice President And General Counsel

Prior to joining Corporate Realty Advisors, Perdue served as a member of the real estate litigation and land use section of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, and as a government relations liaison for Zebulon Alley and Associates in Raleigh. He is licensed to practice before North Carolina state courts and the Fourth Circuit’s federal courts. Perdue holds bachelor of arts and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an active member of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations.
