Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. is now offering the GAO5237 Telecom Datacom Analyzer, a high standard device used mostly in labs and production lines, yet also suitable for users from many other fields.


The GAO5237 Telecom/Datacom Analyzer combines a telecom analyzer*s functionality with a datacom analyzer, which allows it to test at rates ranging from 50b/s to 2Mb/s. It can be configured as DCE or DTE with a wide range of supported rates. It performs transmission capability test, function tests, electrical parameter tests, as well as CAS monitoring. Measurement parameters include Error Performance Analysis, Slips, Alarms, Interval Monitoring, 64kb/s Channel Frequency with Level, Circular Delay, Duplication, Duplication Release and Signal Command. The analyzer can carry out PCM transmission testing at sub-64kb/s, 64kb/s, N*64kb/s, 2.048Mb/s.


The Datacom analyzer is useful in the development, production, installation, authentication, operation and maintenance of telecommunication networks.


The GAO5237 can be remotely controlled and print remotely. Graphic display of error messages, alarm information and status of control circuits are shown on user-friendly interfaces.
