Leading East Anglia Wholesaler Charlie’s Larder welcomes chef Duncan Parry to their team, taking on the role of General Manager.
Duncan’s career began in the world of catering working part-time in his local restaurant, moving on to butler at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle before rising to the position of head chef in hotels and restaurants across Europe. In recent times, Duncan has been responsible for the Stour Valley Smokehouse providing a range of meat, fish and cheese throughout East Anglia, building on an excellent background to take on the new role at the Daily Telegraph/Energis Customer Service Award winning company.
Charlie’s Larder (formerly Thompson’s Fine Foods Limited) is an established wholesale company providing quality gourmet deli products and dry stores to leading hotels and restaurants throughout East Anglia.
