Onlinemeetingrooms has introduced to the market a web based conferencing system
called e-Touch that provides companies with a low cost way of creating meetings on
line in which attendees can easily gather. The “ on line meeting rooms” provide the
facility for video conferencing from any PC and the meeting can debate, view
presentation materials and ask questions of one another. Meetings done in this way
can save companies personnel in costly travel time and money.
The appeal of this system lies in its utter simplicity. Those who plan to attend a
meeting just require a PC,Laptop, Mac or PDA and an internet connection. Ideally a
broadband connection is needed since the user can then experience all the facilites this

Prior to the meeting the attendees are given a URL ( Web Address). A user name and
a distinct password. Once they are logged in they can see up to five other users in

the meeting. This feature also enables the attendees to submit questions in writing or
by using a headset and a webcam they can take part both audibly and visibly.

attendee is given their “key” to a meeting room in the form of a password. It really is
as simple as that. It is likened to just having your own room and using it with other
