Added: (Tue Sep 28 2010)

Pressbox (Press Release) - There is a number of popular Philippine real estate available in the market today which allows Filipinos the freedom to choose which type of housing is best for their needs for their own lifestyles. This is because each type of housing is different from each other, depending on the need of its residents. Some may find one type of housing lacking, while others may find it suitable for their needs.

To learn more about which type of housing best suits a type of need, here is some information which you can use for your decision making in buying a home for you or for your family.

Houses
Houses are the basic type of residential Philippine real estate. Although not as popular as other types of housing, particularly in today’s modern trends, houses are still known for its advantages in which many Filipinos can benefit from. One is its affordability compared to other types of housing such as townhouses and condominium. In fact, a number of new houses in the Philippines can be purchased and paid in installment, which is much more cost-efficient compared to renting an apartment.

In addition to that, houses are popular among Filipino families because of its family-oriented environment compared to living in the busiest districts of the country. However, because of its location, many Filipinos found these types of housing insufficient in terms of accessibility to their work. This is the reason why other types of housing became popular in today’s modern and fast-paced lifestyles.

Condominiums
There are currently two types of condominiums recognized in the Philippines today. These are the typical condominiums found in the city and condominium complexes. Though found in the city are considered as the most popular types of condominiums. This is because these types of housing can offer Filipinos the necessity they are looking for, which is accessibility to their workplaces. This allowed them avoid the hassles of rush hour to get to work.

However, these types of housing are unsuitable for the needs of a growing Filipino family because these types of housing normally lack the necessary environment for their children to grow such as wide open spaces as well as recreational facilities like parks and playgrounds. This is where condominium complexes became popular.

Condominium complexes are mostly found in the outskirts or in the provinces. Because of its peaceful location along with its wide open spaces, many Filipino families found these types of housing appropriate for their growing children. In addition to its family-oriented environment, condominium complexes are also known for its amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, recreational parks, and playgrounds which made these types of housing more popular.

The disadvantage of living in a condominium complex, however, is also because of its location. Many of its residents found it harder now to get back to work, even compared to living in a house in residential districts of the country.

Townhouses
There are three types of townhouses found in the Philippines. There are those found in business and commercial areas, similar to condominiums. There are also those found in residential areas, along with houses. And there are also those found in the outskirts or in the provinces like condominium complexes.

And similar to other types of housing, these three types of townhouses can also offer the same benefits. The difference is that townhouses are usually more expensive compared to condominiums and houses. For more information visit to our site at http://www.ayalalandpremier.com
