Daniel Corby CEO 118 Group announces intention of AIM float in 2007/2008

One of Britains fastest growing businesses, 118 Group Limited, based in Chelmsford has announced its intention to float on AIM in 2007 / 2008.
The business is headed up by Dan Corby, Founder and CEO and was founded in 2005 and is experiencing huge growth.
Over the last few months the business has invested heavily in bolstering its Management team, with the recent appointment of Richard Allan to the role of Chairman.
Dan Corby said "Richard Allan brings some great experience to the board of the company, having presided over the Perry Motor Group plc during some massive growth years as it became one of the UK's largest independent dealer groups. We are now investing heavily in both the infrastructure of the business and the groups brands. We are now grooming the business for an AIM floatation in 2007 / 2008 with the intention of raising significant development capital to allow us to make some key accquisitions in that year"
118 Group is based in Chelmsford with offices in Harlow and Salt Lake City
118 Group announced the opening of a new 400 seat facility in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford on 12th July and the creation of around 400 new jobs for the town
