Pressbox (Press Release) - With the arrival of the spring a new company arrived on the real estate market in Berlin. DHI- Deutsche Hauptstadt Immobilien, specialized in residential real estate in the German Capital.
Recently established as a new investment platform by 3 individuals with deep knowledge and long experience in the international real estate and finance fields DHI and its international multi-lingual team is ready to assist their investors right from the very beginning.

Generally the service consists in the following: choose the right investment strategy, select properties till their acquisition, coordinate the due diligence process, take care of necessary developments or refurbishments of the building, handle the whole property and company management, find financial support from banks all the way through to the exit of the investment.
Given the recession that we are all experiencing at the moment, Berlin is a very attractive city to invest in due to the low price/sqm and low rent rate/sqm relations as well as the fact that it is the capital of the economically leading country in Europe.
The founders of DHI are specialist on the real estate market with an extensive international background in that field: Rackham Schröder, Managing Partner of Engel&Völkers Commercial Berlin, a worldwide leading real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has accompanied about €2.5bn in residential and commercial real estate deals; Matthias Dux, experienced professional in international private equity and finance with PAI Partners and Deutsche Bank in Paris, London and Tokyo; and Andrea Barbato: founder and Managing Director of BATO Group GmbH (total investment volume in Berlin to date more than €50mio, acquiring, financing and managing of the assets).
