Las Vegas, NV – July 31, 2002 – Direct Email Express, Inc. the recognized leader of Online Postal and Communication Services has appointed Ronald S. Rubin as Chief Financial Officer.
Ronald S. Rubin has over thirty years of experience in guiding the financial affairs of corporations, including technology start-ups. Most recently, he operated his own consulting firm, providing services to companies raising venture capital funds. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Galaxy Aerospace Company in Fort Worth, Texas, Chief Financial Officer at Werner & Pfleiderer Corporation in Ramsey, New Jersey, and Vice President, Finance and Administration at Hoechst Celanese Corporation in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Rubin holds a B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from The Cooper Union, New York, New York, a M.S. (Chemical Engineering) from Carnegie-MellonUniversity, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
