Biscit Appoints Bill Homan-Russell As Its Financial Director

Homan-Russell has over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary, including companies with full listings on the London Stock Exchange. He joins Biscit from AIM-listed software vendor Hamsard where he was Group Company Secretary.
