Customer/Shareholder Communication Tool
Communications Innovator Aims Low-Cost Service For Companies To Reach Targeted
‘Opt-IN’ Individuals
Nevada-Based AllCom announced today that it is starting a new marketing effort
designed to move its GenieVOX product further into the corporate marketplace.
"Publicly owned companies need a way to reach their stockholders, investors
and customers with timely information," said AllCom CEO Thomas Skala. "They
also need a way for those individuals to reach them, but they DON'T want to
spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars doing so. GenieVOX lets them
establish that communication for LESS than $5 a month."
Skala continued, "Our GenieVOX service lets any company set up an OPT-IN
communications network, where interested individuals can sign up to receive
notifications by phone message, text message, email, or any combination they
choose.
"A company's Investor Relations group might set up a GenieVOX number for
investors to subscribe to important updates and business news. Or, the Product
Support group could set up a GenieVOX number for their dealers to subscribe to
product safety notices. And just as it is all opt-IN, any subscriber can opt
back OUT anytime they choose. So companies know they are reaching people who
WANT to hear from them."
AllCom's GenieVOX system would also allow a company to set up FREE inbound
communications even from non-subscribers, if they wished.
As Skala explained, "The GenieMessenger, which is automatically available at
no charge with GenieVOX, gives companies a way to accept messages from anyone,
anywhere, worldwide, by including the GenieMessenger icon in their emails or
web pages. A company might set up a GenieVOX and GenieMessenger to get product
trouble reports from customers, and funnel those reports to a central email
address.
"And any of these messages can be archived for as long as the company wants,
in their own email systems. Whether for training purposes, customer
satisfaction tracking, business accountability or any other reason, they are
in complete control."
