Im a big TAKE Thatter fan - I Try to get to as many TT concerts as I can, but went to see by chance last week a tribute to TAKE THAT called TAKEonTHAT in Birmingham who by chance covered a gig by tribute band FAKE THAT who apparently double booked, thank god, these guys were a breath of fresh air, I am in my 40's so I remember TAKE THAT with all their dynamic dancing, this band called take on that were doing somersaults , cartwheels, their dancing was amazing, obviously all trained professionally, and when they piroetted they all spun at the same time,and I loved apache which i seen with our TT boys in manchester last year,also the two main singers gary and robbie were fantastic, the gary barlow guy called Rickie sounded the double of our gary, but i thought the 3 other guys must be miming as some do , but to my surprise i sat with them on "babe" and all 3 of them were harmonising and they had quite nice voices.
I spoke to them after and they are all from s.wales, managed to answer one of their questions for a free dvd video of them and got a poster, just wondered if anyone would like to set up a fan club with me to this group that are amazing , I have seen all the tributes now, but will follow this group around as they are so close to TAKE THAT, will only see them of course when I cant get tickets for TAKE THAT!
