Sanders Jones (Scotland) has been recognised for our outstanding commitment to customer service, playing a significant role in helping software house Access Accounting win another top industry award. Access Accounting was voted "Financial Software Provider of the Year" by its customers at the recent Real FD/CBI FD's Excellence Awards, held in London. The company won the competition ahead of 11 other providers including SAP, Microsoft, Sage, Exchequer & Pegasus.
Real FD, a leading magazine for the accounting industry, invited financial directors to rate their satisfaction with the quality of their core financials system and the level of support provided by their vendor. Access Accounting was praised by FD's for the software's ease of use and flexibility as well as the quality of the customer support delivered by its Reseller Partners. Larger clients highlighted the professionalism of the implementation process, with the publication proclaiming Access Accounting to be an all-round winner. The software house was also highly commended last year, when once again it was praised for its superior level of customer care.
