Polaris World release much awaited Mar Menor apartments

There are 80 apartments designed by the world renowned Bolivian architect Melvin Villaroel, in the same style as the apartments on Los Altos de Alhama. Prices are from €165,500 and at the moment, one, two or three bedrooms are available.
Residents of the Polaris World apartments at Mar Menor will be able to take advantage of a fully operational luxury golf resort as soon as they are complete and the Intercontinental hotel’s spa facilities and recreational activities as from Spring 2006.
There is already a choice of facilities operating on the resort including restaurant, bar, social club, supermarket and hair salon.
The first apartments to be released are located near to the current townhouses and villas and Hole 11 of the golf course in the area of extension to the resort.
Further Polaris World releases will span to the Western side where will be a large lake surrounded by the golf course Holes 13, 14 and 15.
Currently 3 blocks nearest to Hole 10 of the golf course have been released and anyone interested in these or future releases are advised to contact Sunseeker Homes as early as possible.
