OSGEN Network Services Inc. Changes Name to Fazeller Corporation to Highlight Upcoming Products and Services
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, March 27, 2006 -- OSGEN Network Services Inc. today announced that it is changing its corporate name to Fazeller Corporation in response to the sale of the company�s Managed Hosting Division in 2005.
The new name, which combines the names of the company founders, �allows us to venture into new products and services with minimal confusion," said Executive Vice President, Jared Zeller.
The name change is part of a new corporate identity strategy for the company, which will be launching an innovative new corporate website (www.fazeller.com) in the next few weeks. The company�s website encryption operations will continue to be marketed under the brand SynergySSL�.
In addition, Fazeller will soon be introducing Secure Data Archive�, a remote data backup service that allows users to automatically back up crucial files and documents on Fazeller�s global network of servers, while still maintaining data privacy and security. This service will be invaluable to clients, as it enables businesses to safeguard vital data against natural and manmade disasters. Secure Data Archive�, will also provide clients the ability to archive email, allowing companies to comply with legislation such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
With the approval of the company�s shareholders and board of directors as well as Industry Canada, the change is effective immediately. All future business transactions should be reflected using Fazeller Corporation.
