Management
Virender K. Ahluwalia (CEO & BOD Member)
20+ years of senior and executive management experience in high growth & early stage environments in the USA. Most recently was SVP Business Operations and CFO at Shutterfly where as member of the senior management team, he lead the restructuring of the company in early 2001 and the subsequent development/execution of the business model and the rapid growth of the company during 2001-2005. Prior ventures include; TCC (US$5M to $300M; acquired by Seagrams), iLogistix (US$30M to $400M; acquired by CMGI), and Vertical Networks (alpha stage to revenue generation; acquired by Artisoft).
Edward C. Holl (BOD Member)
25 years experience in the financial industry. He currently serves as a BOD member at PhotoWorks, Inc. and is President of California Atlantic Limited Inc., and Managing Member of Matinicus Capital Management LLC, both private investment firms. Prior to this, Mr. Holl served as a senior executive at Merchants Group International, Bateman Eichler Hill Richard Inc. and Shearson Lehman. Mr. Holl has held a variety of board and advisory positions since 1982.

Sanjeev Sawhney (Vice President)
Sanjeev Sawhney brings 20 + years of Senior Executive Management experience in the service industry in India. Most recently, he was Vice President at Sita World Travel. He was instrumental in bringing Western Union USA to India where he led the Western Union expansion and establishment of the retail network. Mr. Sawhney was with Thomas Cook for 8 years and was instrumental in setting up some of the new strategic initiatives including the setup of their high growth division of Foreign Exchange.
